ups is an uninterruptible power supply that contains an energy storage device. It is mainly used for some devices that require high power supply stability. Display uninterruptible power supply, when all is well with mains input, the ups will provide the voltage regulator for the load application, then the ups is an AC voltage regulator, which also charges to the body battery; When the voltage is turned off (safety accident power failure), the ups will charge the direct current of the battery. According to the power conversion mode of the inverter, the load supplies 380V AC current to ensure that the load works normally and the load is soft. Hardware configuration is not damaged. Generally, the hoisting device works too high or too low, and cannot be displayed for maintenance. Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) connects batteries (mostly lead-acid maintenance-free batteries) to the host.
Factors that affect the battery service life
1. Deep discharge
The molar volume of lead sulfate is larger than that of lead oxide, and the volume of active substance increases during charging and discharging. One mole of lead oxide is converted to one mole of lead sulfate by volume %. The intermolecular structure of lead dioxide itself is not strong, intermediate level of charge and discharge caused by the rise of active substances, molecules will be slow.
2. Charge the battery
Rechargeable batteries will convert water and electricity into carbon dioxide and radon gas. If the battery is badly charged, a lot of CO2 will dissolve. Because of the strong reducibility of carbon dioxide, the dissolved carbon dioxide can also make polar corrosion, so that the active substance of the polar plate can be removed, damaging the use of the battery.
Step 3: Heat
When the temperature of the bottle rises to 45 degrees Celsius, the bottle can be used. While the battery is being charged, if the temperature of the battery exceeds 50 degrees Celsius, the acid will accelerate the etching of the electrode plate, and the battery shell will also accelerate as the temperature rises.
4. Sulfuric acid leaching
The concentration of sulfuric acid in the battery electrolyte is positive, and the battery capacity is positive. However, it will prolong the life of the battery and accelerate the soaking of the electrode. The loosening of the lead dioxide will continue to expand the erosion of the electrode column, thus reducing the life of the battery.
