1. The battery should be installed in the trunk of the vehicle, so that you can check the exact position of the battery before removing it. Some of the cars were strapped to the right side of the trunk, others to the bottom of the trunk.
2. Remove the storage end position protection and secure the supporting nut.
3. Remove the port at the interface between the two sides (remove the negative pole before removing the positive pole). Because of the negative connection of the body, this avoids the metal material disassembly special tools to touch the body, resulting in short circuit failure.
4. After removing the surrounding positioning device and the positive and negative cables, remove and replace the rechargeable battery. (Note: When removing the rechargeable battery, the tilt Angle should not exceed 40 to avoid the outflow of battery electrolyte.)
Battery maintenance:
1. Prevent the car from parking outdoors for a long time. If it is parked for a long time, the battery must be taken out to prevent freezing and damage of the battery.
2. It is not easy to start the automobile engine in winter. The starting time shall not exceed 5 seconds and the starting time shall not be less than 15 seconds. The failure to emit fire after several starts needs to be traced from the power circuit, spark plug, or fuel line grade. Prevent several starts in a row, which will cause the battery to burn due to overcharge and discharge.
3 Car battery should always be charged battery, battery will gradually self-charge and discharge for a long time until damaged, therefore, every time start charging car battery.
4. Clean bottle joints once at a time and maintain the whole line with special vegetable oil. Always check battery parts and connections.
5. It is strictly prohibited to use automotive electrical appliances after the car is out of fire. The engine does not use the battery independently, which will cause harm.
