Xiaobian has compiled a detailed tutorial on how to assemble 48V spare battery packs for you. The tutorial is as follows:
1. Data calculation
Before assembling the 48V backup battery string, calculate the capacity of the backup battery string based on the required product size and load capacity. Then calculate the capacity of the backup battery string based on the required product capacity, and select the backup battery string based on the calculation result.
2. Prepare materials
Choose a reliable backup battery. It is best to buy a guaranteed backup battery in a specialty store or manufacturer, rather than in an individual or other less reliable place to buy. After all, the backup battery assembly, if the assembly process problems, the backup battery is likely to become dangerous.
In addition to the reliable quality of the backup battery, also need to have a good backup battery balance protection plate. In the current market, the quality of the protection plate is uneven, and there are analog batteries, it is difficult to distinguish from the appearance. If you want to choose, or choose the digital circuit control is better.
The container holding the backup batteries also needs to be prepared in case the backup batteries are moved after they have been lined up. Materials to isolate the spare battery strings, and every two spare batteries are bonded together with silicone rubber and other adhesives for better fixing effect.
The material to hold the backup batteries together in series, the nickel sheets, also need to be available. In addition to the above main materials, other materials can be prepared for use when assembling spare battery packs.
3. Specific steps of assembly
The spare batteries are arranged neatly first, and then materials are used to fix each string of spare batteries.
After fixing each string of spare batteries, it is best to use insulating materials such as highland barley paper to separate each string of spare batteries, so that the spare battery skin will be damaged and lead to short circuit in the future.
Once lined up and secured, the nickel strip can be used for the main series step.
After the series step of the spare battery is completed, it is only left to finish the processing. Bundle the battery with tape, and cover the positive and negative terminals with highland barley paper first to avoid short circuit caused by mistakes in subsequent operation.
