1. Short circuit fault

Status: Rechargeable batteries in which one or more single operating voltages are low.

Cause: the positive and negative plates have rough edges or lead slag, or the barrier is damaged, the positive and negative plates off the switch, the Storage Battery charging will also cause double short circuit fault.

2. Broken pole

Status: The entire Storage Battery has no operating voltage, but the individual operating voltage is normal.

Reason: Due to the pole installation in the whole process due to its deformation caused by the ground stress, long-term use, coupled with vibration caused by the pole fracture; Or the poles and poles have their own shortcomings such as cracks, at the starting time, the large current causes partial temperature and even fire, so that the pole is fused.

3. Grid corrosion

Status: Accurately measure the working voltage of some single Storage Battery or the whole Storage Battery or the working voltage is too low. Check whether the power grid in the Storage Battery becomes brittle, broken or completely broken.

Formation reasons: high current, high working voltage of Storage Battery charging leads to Storage Battery charging, or long-term use of high temperature standards, accelerating the erosion rate of power grid.

4. Plate depowder (positive plate depowder, negative plate depowder)

Condition: The single working voltage or the total working voltage is too low, the active substance on the positive and negative electrode plates of the rechargeable Storage Battery decreases and produces paste accumulation.

The main reason is that the electrode plate is loose or overcharging the Storage Battery.

5. Irreversible sulfation

Condition: Single working voltage or overall working voltage is too low, the negative plate has a thick layer of milky white chemical substance (pbso4), does not charge when charging, even full of a certain amount of electricity, but can not discharge.

Reasons: ① overcharge and discharge; 2 non-rechargeable batteries for long-term placement; Three lithium batteries lacked electrolytes; Four single grid short circuit failures resulting in a single Storage Battery irreversible potassium sulfate.
