With right additives, the GEL battery can perform very well at -20℃ or even lower temperature. The grid with special alloy can ensure this battery last 650 cycles at 80% DOD when the capacity 70% of the nominal capacity. GEL Electrolyte can protect the grid from corrosion, better recombination of Hydrogen and Oxygen, less loss of water. So the service life of the GEL battery can be much longer. The terminals can be bolts and nuts, M5, or any preferred terminals in position. The 12V24AH GEL battery is very popular in Europe and US market.
