12V120AH Storage Battery is long life battery, the plates are Cadmium free, include high proportion of Tin to improve the cycle life. The technology for Storage battery also can keep the electrolyte from stratification, make better recombination of Hydrogen and Oxygen, protect the total structure of the grid and prolong the life of batteries. 12V120AH Storage Battery has very strong handle, it is very convenient for handling. With right additives, the Storage battery can perform very well at -20℃. The cycle life can be more than 600 cycles at 0.1CA to 70% of the nominal capacity. M8 is the most used terminal for 12V120AH Storage battery.
Production capacity of 2,500 PCS a day for the 12V120AH Storage battery. Automatic stacking with dual layer separator, cast-welding, automatic inspection on short circuit, sealing, injection of electrolyte, automatic printing are the most important manufacturing processes. The automatic manufacturing process can save a lot of labor cost, increase the output rate, decrease defect rate. It is OK to make 36V, 48V and 60V systems upon request. All the batteries can be assorted during manufacturing processes. To get better performance of the battery bank, it is very important to assort batteries. Lead time 20-25 days.
Yaheng often trains the QC staffs. Any new technology or changes to manufacturing processes must be advised to the QC staffs. Inspection with right standard is very important. For the venting pressure, high current performance, inner resistance are 100% inspected to ensure customers good quality and good service. It is Ok to produce OEM orders.
